Recipe MARCH - Caprese Deluxe

Ingredients (serves 2): 350 grams ripe Roma or San Marsano tomatoes, 4 radishes, 1 fresh burrata, fresh basil, cress, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, balsamic vinegar (for example the original and delicious Balsamico Gocce), top-quality Italian extra virgin olive oil (for example our delicious Sicilia extra virgin olive oil).

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and the radish into thin slices, divide on a platter. Place the burrata on top and cut it in half, so that the cream runs out a little. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and generously with the olive oil. Season with coarse sea salt and black pepper. Garnish the salad with cress and basil leaves.

It doesn't get much better than this.
