This superior extra virgin olive oil is obtained directly from olives produced on the Skywalker estate of George Lucas (creator of Star Wars, among others).

The olive varieties are Picholine, Aglandau, Cayon, Cayet, Bouteillan and Grossane varieties. The olives you will typically find in Provence. This delicious olive oil also has a DOP (or AOP as it is called in Provence)
