The Galioto N°03 Extra Virgin Olive Oil from monocultivar Moresca is a delicious olive oil with a very delicate taste.

With its fruity nature, it is the ideal seasoning for exquisite dishes with vegetables or with fish. Of course also delicious over pasta and of course 'just' with a crispy (warm) roll.

The Galioto N°04 D.O.P. Monti Iblei Frigintini olive oil is clear, with an intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections.
The mouthfeel is spacious, with notes of lettuce, fresh broad beans and celery. A bitterness and spiciness are present. Harmonious, with a fresh, nutty aftertaste.

Perfect with soft cheeses, grilled vegetables, fish and mushrooms. Of course also delicious over pasta and 'just' over a crispy (warm) roll
