The Galioto N°04 D.O.P. Monti Iblei Frigintini olive oil is clear, with an intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections.
The mouthfeel is ample, with notes of lettuce, fresh broad beans and celery. A bitterness and spiciness are present. Harmonious, with a fresh, nutty aftertaste.

Perfect with soft cheeses, grilled vegetables, fish and mushrooms. Of course also delicious over pasta and 'just' over a crispy (warm) roll
