Fragrance: Intense green and unripe fruit. Very complex with many nuances. Hints of citrus and fruit and the tomato plant. Also spicy shades of thyme and mint. Very special!
Taste: Fresh start, nutty, slightly bitter and peppery. Long-lasting taste, perfect in structure and completely balanced.
Use: Great with toast and warm bread. Delicious with (tomato) salads, meat, fatty fish and on special dishes that scream for a delicious olive oil.
