The very earliest harvest is used for this winner, the Knolive Epicure. You can definitely taste that! So fresh and green. The price is quite high. I even doubted whether we should keep it in the range, but there is only one conclusion possible after tasting it. He's worth it. And fortunately, many enthusiasts agree with us.
Knolive oil was first made in 2013 in the Spanish region of Priego de Còrdoba by two brothers who dreamed of making the best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the world. In 2018 it was time!
Knolive Epicure is the masterpiece of the EVOO collection. A very deliberately chosen blend of the common olive varieties from the region. It has a very complex and intensely fruity taste. It starts from sweet, slightly bitter and there is a somewhat peppery end.
You can taste hints of artichoke, walnut, almond, green herbs and unripe fruit.
The oil tastes insanely tasty with the baked potatoes.
