History:
The Baron Santaella murdered his wife out of jealousy and as a punishment he was banished by the King to the deserted region of Andalusia and deprived of his noble title. He started to make the very best olive oil there. When the King tasted his olive oil he was so impressed that he immediately pardoned the Baron and gave him his title back.

The olive oil is wonderfully fruity and fresh with hints of tomato, apple and banana. Also a lot of grass and a little bitterness, fantastically balanced with the full opening.
